Looking for a Customer Care Support for our Sales team in Mexico. The ideal person will bring experience in B2B customer service, outstanding listening skills, understanding of customer needs and strong interpersonal skills. Responsible for B2B customer management, including after-sales support, loyalty, training and personalized high-quality care.

Help clients plan and book customized vacations and group travel. This role involves researching destinations, creating itineraries, and handling all travel logistics from start to finish. Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and needs. Recommend and book flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

This is a remote, work from home position where you will schedule radiology appointments such as Breast Imaging, Dexa, Injections, MRI, CT, Ultrasounds and Fluoroscopy. Handle questions and concerns regarding patient imaging needs, document all patient/member interactions via management software, and respond timely to customer inquiries while maintaining effective relationships with customers.

The Licensed Service Advisor (LSA) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality customer experience. They are trusted advisors who combine empathy, technical expertise, and sales acumen to build lifelong customer relationships. You’ll handle a variety of complex service interactions and ensure each customer feels informed, valued, and confident in their protection.

You’ll need to be a people person, with great sales skills, resilient and persuasive. Active listening and understanding the customers needs are key in this role so that an appropriate product can be offered to the customer. You'll manage inbound calls from existing customers moving out, landlords closing accounts, and new occupiers, meeting KPIs and sales targets.

$18–$18/yr

As a Patient Advocate, you will work in a high-volume call center environment making outbound calls and answering inbound calls. You will ask non-clinical screening questions to determine if the Readmissions program could be beneficial to at home recovery or if other services are needed. For patients further along in the program, you will contact patients to ensure successful recovering at home.
